actually fixed the color this time, it should work in game fine now

fixes the singular custom color to be lua, to reduce lag in servers and the such.

New update, this time it's the green thunder himself, Mr. L! This one comes with a trailer!

His voice is custom and was recorded by NodOff in the Kart Krew Discord! (Thank god someone could do a good Mr. L voice..)

well would ya look at that, the first alan becker mod AND garfield mod on the message board for ring racers? neat!
anyways, garfield has 4 speed, 8 weight for his stats, which isn't shared with any character in vanilla and TSC/the second coming has tikals stats of 6 speed, 4 weight.
oh also take this funny L sign that was meant for garfield but got unused
