hoo boy, talk about a character pack..
so, to start this off..

Alm! The 1st OC of this pack, he has stats that are shared with Whisper (6 speed, 3 weight). He has his own custom spray can color, made for him so that he can have a proper two-tone colouring shown off in all its glory. His voicelines are ripped straight from ANTONBLAST, being Annie's voicelines.

well would ya look at that, the first alan becker mod AND garfield mod on the message board for ring racers? neat!
anyways, garfield has 4 speed, 8 weight for his stats, which isn't shared with any character in vanilla and TSC/the second coming has tikals stats of 6 speed, 4 weight.
oh also take this funny L sign that was meant for garfield but got unused

THE GREEN THUNDER!!

New update, this time it's the green thunder himself, Mr. L! This one comes with a trailer!
His voice is custom and was recorded by NodOff in the Kart Krew Discord! (Thank god someone could do a good Mr. L voice..)
