Zone Builder is bein' strange [FIXED]

On my computer, my antivirus (malwarebytes) told me that two threats were detected. I saw the threats and they turned out to be the uninstaller files for Zone Builder. I thought this was strange, because I got Zone Builder from the Message Board and had been using it for months.
Could anyone provide me help on this? Is Zone builder being weird? Is my antivirus being weird?
I would appreciate any help on this, because i'm stupid. Thank you for your time!

This happened to my friend a month ago or so, his antivirus noticed a threat with a program that he has been using for half a year, and that he has never changed before, so yes your antivirus made a mistake
