I can't sign up to Youtube. It just says "UR NOT ELGIBIL 2 JOIN STUPD!!!"
This is really bugging me.

Which happens when I send a message. It didn't do that 3 months ago.

It's a joke when you get an error. It normally happens when they're performing site maintenance.

Nope its an actual page error, all you need to do is go back and reopen that page or chose a diffrent one - . -

The monkey error also happens when I send a PM to someone (sometimes). But never fear, the message is always sent. At least for me...
