In super Mario world for the Super Nintendo entertainment system there are 96 goals which technically counts as 100%, but like most kids for most of my life until my late teenage years I kept dreaming and thinking that there were more exits, even to the point of opening up lunar magic and playing around with the level system myself.

Pokemon Storm Silver Sacred Gold, a modified game by Drayano the game's objective is to catch Final Boss in SinJoh Ruins, with 492 caught pokemons registered in dex and all plates. I 100%'d this 4 times and i might do it again because the story THOKS harder and i love it!

Yes, yes it counts. If you have finished Generations as your first 100% completed game, then it counts.
