Fixed Y'all gotta fix the F1 manual

Despite having the header "Multiplayer", this is describing the emeralds in SP.

I have not gone back to check, but my first thought was that this was untouched from 2.1, but wouldn't it be wrong there too? The MP emeralds there could turn anyone super, no?

EDIT: Okay, got done with the Sonic movie (was fun :D) and went to 2.1 to check. It sort of is a holdover from that version (so yes it's wrong there too) except not quite because the font of the "Multiplayer" header and the Chaos Emerald sprites were updated... but nothing else was. Whoops.

You cannot go super with everyone in multiplayer unless a mod is loaded allowing it but yes metal sonic and modded character can go super so it's incorrect.
