How do i start making a character WAD file?

NOOOOOO... i just don't know how to use XWE.

You choose a file character(or start form scratch) and I think you press 3 to change the color or whatever you want it.

I got a question to, I'm trying to make a character using XWE and i need to know wether to import my sprites as sprites or lumps.

I think you import it as an image by double-clicking "GFX".

I can't even start XWE. it just gives me error messages like: "list index out of bounds (3)". Anything i do results in an error. :cry:
