That's too gerenal. "I don't know how to make a wad" is simply asking us to hold you by the hand and walk you through it step by step. Honestly, I'd expect you to dive in and start on a thing or two before asking for help.
If you're asking how to make a WAD, read the FAQs. If you're asking to make WADs using XWE... Better go and learn how WADs work (lumps and such), then you'll catch it.
