XWE doesn't work

XWE doesn't work.
I download the Full XWE beta with last fix relevant to SRB2 editing from the SRB2 wiki but when I try starting it it won't work.
The program starts but nothing work.
I have a Windows Vista.
Please help!

Right click XWE and hit run as administrator. (Even if you are logged in as one)

I use XWE on both Vista 32bit, and 64 bit versions. What exactly is the message you're getting, or is it a lack of messages?
