So, i tried everything and my xbox keeps doing this. Ever since i bought a hard drive (20GB) my xbox keeps saying i don't have any avatar awards, (when i have many!) and it also wont save 2 of my games, it says that the storage device is either unavailable or full, but when i log into another account, it saves just fine with those 2 games! (Ilomilo and Sonic Adventure). And i bought another hard drive and transferred all of the data to the new one i bought, and it still does the same thing! nothing changes!!! PLEASE HELP!!
