Last night, between the hours of 11:15 to 11:45 I joined a netgame with one the most legendary Mods I've Ever seen.
Acid Missile.
Old, or New, Holy Crap, it PWNED! A friend of mine and I joined the server in which it was hosted. Furious Fox's Netgame. We were amazed at it, or at least I was since I never Downloaded it before last night. We wanted in and we wanted in BAD!
So I downloaded it.
I had some time before I joined in. So I tested it out. I never got past the first level when I singaled it.
I joined the netgame. We were currently on Act2 of Waterfall Valley. We weren't in for long though, as someone finished it. So now we were at The Boss fight. Slime Egg on for Platforms, Nothing like the Techno Hill Version of him. I became Tails and suggested that I would fly someone into him. That didn't come for long as everyone was on each of the platforms just WAITING to smash him. He got to the bouncing part. And everyone Dived in afterward.
"Wait, the slime is in the Water but not on the Platforms...Was that the point?" came to mind, but I dismissed it as someone finished him off and hit the switch.
Here came the Storm Ruins. I quickly got Game Over, but my friend was smoking through the level.
"Woah!"
Again someone finished the Level and we moved into Storm 2. Again my friend smoked through to Halfway but was crushed to Game Over. So I switched views to...Furious Fox?! Incredible, he was playing as SONIC and having no trouble. He finished it and a mario Master Came Afterward.
Then Came the Storm 3. Wow, Just Wow. Fully Revived and Ready to play, I didn't count on one factor. The ceiling falls and rises. The Sonic Players had to be really cheapy with their tatics. As for me, a Knuckles/Tails person, I glided toward the Walls and waited for Eggy to come near me.
*CRUDLES*
A direct hit. A Sonic saw this, and followed suit with my strategy. With Knuckles, Tails's and Sonics all Pounding on him, Eggy, Gave up, and ran. Take that Fatso!
The Gloom Metropolis. By the Gods, what were you thinking FF? Suprisingly, it ended rather quickly. I knew Furious was Playing the Dark Blue Hedgehog and Pounded Forth on this, the Final Zone! I followed him, but soon lost sight of him, the Crawla's and Jettysyns Being far more Numerous than I'm used to. I Cracked my knuckles (>_> lol pun) and Crashed them all Down, but they kept coming, all and soon they stopped. Gloom Metropolis 1 was completed, by sure enough, Furious Fox.
Gloom Metropolis 2 now, and boy was it EVIL. My buddy and I Held back and decided to fly eachother onto the roof tops because we knew that we were too inexperienced to do THIS! So I glided around the buildings and Flew a few Sonics in a Hole >_>
For this Gloom 3, I shall never forget the resemblance to Sonic 3/& Knuckles Because it was just like Mushroom Rock's Boss with Knuckles.
I snickered, and muttered "Heh, reindition!"
I reclessly charged through all the Puma's that we being shot from a Fixed Egg Slimer. Miraculously, not even one came close to me! I reached the Eggman where there was trouble being brewed up, and took nothing for an answer.
"Screw that, He's mine!" I Glided into him Twice, but a Puma Scratched upon the Fury Skin of Knuckles. and my rings were collected as they Scattered about, so I forced myself to back off while the Level Closed in behind me, fatal as it could've been, dodging these accursed Flame objects. Soon it was finished, and I thought it was over.
It wasn't.
One last level, and it was Fun. It was another Boss fight, somewhat like the Storm Ruins Boss. Except the ceiling didn't fall. Instead a Crusher.
Since the Walls still didn't have the crusher but, Eggman was in a Suped up Eggmobile. I wish it wasn't so Suped up either. The Lasers Were shot in a sort of Stream like the Turret in THZ2.
"Oh ****!"
I tried my best to fight and fight, but it just wasn't good enough. He caught me ringless and with a single life through all the Chaos in Gloom Metropolis. He caught my friend, and another one. I switched views and Watched FF do his work, bouncing of the Eggman and getting back to the safe part of the level with the utmost precision. I couldn't tell if he had rings or not, but it didn't matter. He never got hit.
The final hit, and FF bounced back into the safe Zone. The message came up on screen and The level was over.
Then an Arguemnet started in the Creditz >_>
Yeah, there's my Monlogue for this incredible Mod, which I think should be made an Unlockable in the final release. It's just that awesome.
