Okay, I looked into this mod, and... what even IS this?
There's a huge collection of assets that don't seem to tie into anything but bloating the filesize, no real sprtework whatsoever, the ability code seems to be mostly cribbed from other sources, and going by both what is in here and what you're telling us, you have no real direction for this mod. I don't actually see anything in here really worth salvaging, and anyone looking to make a mod for this character is probably better off starting from scratch.
Making a character takes a lot of work, and you really need to have an idea in mind for your character before you start. I have no idea what Kit does, but you need to start there. You can't just make a character for the sake of making a character. Think of what they do, and how it would translate into SRB2.
