Windows 98 hud - A client side hud that takes you back to the past

A basic client side mod that I made for fun, meant to look like the explorer windows from win 98.

Honestly this is sick. Cool to see this in Kart. Would love to see more HUD elements changed with that Windows 98 style or even a Windows 98 style HUD for Vanilla SRB2. Welcome to releases!
