Why shouldn't Linedef Type 301 be used with Trigger Anywhere in Sector?

This page says Linedef Type 301 should not be used in conjunction with Trigger Linedef Executor--Anywhere in Sector, but it didn't give a very clear reason why. Also, I actually did use those two specials together, and it worked perfectly! So what's the issue here?

It doesn't always work so nicely. Sometimes Each time fails to work when used with the anywhere in sector sector special (usually noticeable when used with teleports). It is more reliable to use continuous in this situation.
