Why on mobile when i update the game from 2.2.8 to 2.2.9 i lose all of my save data

because when you delete the old version it deletes everything else from your srb2 folder to probably not get confused with the old version

I downloaded the 2.2.9 apk with 2.2.8 installed it updated the game but i lost all my save files

They’re considered two separate games right now. There’s probably a patcher that you need to download

No i did not delete 2.2.8 i dont have it now cause it got replaced by 2.2.9
