why my fraps delet my videos

hi guys
so i want to do srb2 videos but to recording it i used OBS and its dont wrok i mean the video laged with a bad quality, so i gived up this program and i test another one it's fraps, but whene finish to record a video i go to the folder of it, after one second the video go for any reason

pls help me to solve this problem or Recommend me the software whiche you use it to recording videos or give me the solutio of OBS pls

If you are on windows, use Xbox game bar's recording option, it works very well on low-end pcs. to access it, just press + G.
(The sound quality is way worse than in OBS, but the recording capabillity is higher(AKA: OBS for sound, Game Bar otherwise))
