Why is Sonic Pocket Adventure's Game Over Screen music is so creepy.

Whenever you get a game over in Sonic Pocket Adventure the music can be terrible. sound like the games music is glitching so badly.

Altrough it was made after Sonic Adventure 1 on Dreamcast,so thats partially correct.
