when tried to open the game, a message appeared, saying that i should delete a file that i dont remember, to play, then, i ignored the message and opened the game, my collected emblems were gone, the unlockable characters were gone too and configuration were default again. What happened to the game?

Your save file and configuration file got corrupted somehow.
The usual causes of it are unexpected computer shutdowns while the game was running (BSOD, power outages), drive issues, or just the game closing unexpectedly (usually by force, through the task manager).
