Why cant i change my name for 1 year?

There are people on the Discord server who seem to be changing their handle every month, and then they change their avatar as well when they do.

If the user is one you look up to, having to keep track of the name changes can become difficult. Changing your name once a year at max seems reasonable to me as long as you initially make a note of your old name somewhere (ie. your signature).

It becomes difficult to look up a user who keeps changing there name. On Discord, you still have the same Discord ID, regardless of name, while on the forum, all of your names mention on the forum change, making archival very difficult. Name changes on the forum are for when you plan on actually changing your handle, not flicking your name to change on a whim.
