whose in charge of the SRB2 project and Ring Racers

If it's not a problem I would like to know whose in charge so I can ask them if I can add rings racers and SRB1 and 2 to my Enhanced Sonic Lore project
 
1. More info on what your project actually is would be appreciated.
2. I believe SRB2 is mostly directed by SeventhSentinel, but I imagine you'd be able to ask any Sonic Team Jr. member.
Although I'm unsure of who's the lead in Kart Krew, (the team behind SRB2Kart and DRRR) I'd assume you'd also be able to ask any Kart Krew member as well.
 
Noone is in charge, the team has no leader, from what i've heard. Atleast for SRB2. I don't really know much about Kart.

So like imagine Sonic games and Archie comics existing in the same universe while the cut content from the games and comics are restored
