White bar under screen

When i play the game,there's a big white bar under the screen...

How do i remove it?

I use SRB2 v2.01 and Vista 64-bit Home Basic.

Then switch to another video mode, then swap back to the one you were on.

Even though it's sorta big, I usually ignore it until I start the game again. Once you start playing you forget it's even there.
