Which EXE mod has the version number 1.00.5?

The source for Shufflarb2 can be located within the Srb2109JTE source. Try looking around for #ifdef SHUFFLE

Both. The game has four of my own maps in it, and a few that aren't mine. I generally will accept a wad that's pretty good, and improve it as I see fit..
