Where is the TEI emerald isles 2.2 port

Try search in your old downloads.

The person who made the port (sirexer) is unbanned so there is a chance he might put it on the message board.

Don't you mean that the Sirexer was unbanned, which also means that if he's able to request his mods to come back, then that means he's able to get his mods back and he might shutdown the workshop.
