I can't find the entrance of deep sea

Because Deep Sea doesn't exist in the current SRB2 release.

Well, I did once try beating RVZ 3 times, then jumping on RedXVI's house 3 times once. Nothing special though.

Yeah, but you forgot about going back to GFZ1 and jumping through the hoop of rings in the sky, Draykon.

Deep Sea is not in 1.09.4. There is no way to get to it.
