You might need to set your IWAD. In (SRB2)DB, choose Configuration from the Tools menu. Then go to the Files tab, click the Sonic Robo Blast 2 entry and browse for srb2.srb, which lives in your SRB2 directory.
Plus, you can't see the floor textures on the wall texture dialog box, and vice-versa. And, if the problem is for WadAuthor, you have to set the correct wad (srb2.srb).
