... how to program in Visual Basic 6 (BUM BUMP BUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). I was thinking about developing a Megaman/X engine in my boredom era's, using the DirectX Libraries for VB6. Any1 know where I could find a free guide?

Oh, and if you recommend C/++, I've already attempted and failed.

I'd reccomend learning to use BitBlt. It's easier to learn then DX, and it's just as fast. Well, in my opinion.
