When I play my WAD in single player mode...

Eblo is right. Try renaming the skin.

OK, that fixed it.

If you add the same skin twice, or add a skin that's the same as a default (is loaded right at the beginning of the game) skin, it just takes the skin you added and makes it a differently colored copy of the already existant skin. The only way to prevent this is to NOT add two different skins with the same name. Always make sure that the skins have different names.
