gotta go with the classic Naruto it just shows progression in a very nice way. (not boruto tho i just find it boring even the current arc witch is supposed to be where story actually happens, just my opinion tho)

Mainly due to nostalgia, and its iconic cool moments.

Manga: One-Punch Man
God-tier art, interesting story, fun and enthralling characters, and iconic moments sprinkled in here and there.

Well. I haven't really watched much anime since around 2016. The last thing I watched before my anime burnout was "Sword Art Online". Yes, I now understand completely that SAO is a completely garbage anime, both in terms of story, and in terms of character development. BUT, back in 2016, I considered it my favourite. Currently, I don't have a favourite.

Evangelion. I love Evangelion and will always love it. I also like HunterXHunter a lot, the Yorkshin and Quimera ants arc are my favorites. I'm currently watching One Piece and it's pretty good too.
