I wanted Mystic to make a mods forum, but he wouldn't.

Instead, he just made a Releases forum, which is good enough for me. ;D

Smidge simply installed the forum. I'm the person who maintains it. I'm the person who did that change.

You are allowed to post demos or other things. It's basically a forum for people to show off their work and get feedback on how to make it better.
