whats the value for typeoflevel = "" that will make it so that it goes to the next level after you kill the boss? I tried 4097, but it wouldn't recognize it as a boss level.
 
Uhh... Boss levels are 1P levels with a boss thing that is Multi-tagged, or has a Egg Capsule sector set and a non-Multi-tagged boss thing.
 
Actually, that's not part of the level block at all.

What's happening is that you're killing the boss and it's now waiting for you to hit the egg capsule. To go to the next level when the boss is defeated instead of waiting, check the "Multi" toggle on the boss's options dialog. The level block "TypeOfLevel" option just determines the gametype, not the method of level completion.
