I've seen cases that are much better. This one doesn't have much in the upper front part; it looks like an ordinary case there.
A friend of mine is part of a case modding community, and some of the stuff they do is insane. Glowing fans, RAM display readouts, even lights that are sensitive to sound. Some guy had a video up on the internet with music playing, and you could see the light pulse to the music.

That is awsome.
That can be very easily done, but it also looks sort of ugly looking at the insides. Only Bender would want that. And you have to buy new cables all around to support the heat of the Neon light.
