Litten2up is not a member of Sonic Team Jr., while the previous maintainer was. That is why Android bug reports are still not valid, as this forum is for reporting bugs to Sonic Team Jr.

Sorry buddy, as a Android player myself, you need to accept that android reports are not vaild, and is passed off as invalid
