What program opens and saves TGA files?

I want to show off pics of my newest wad, but I don't have a program that can view them. Help, please.

I'm not quite sure how, but I know that there's a way to alter the photo's extension in-game. PCX is what you're looking for. If I'm not mistaken, isn't PCX the default extension?

For software mode it is. In OpenGL, it uses TGA. I know that QuickTime can open TGA files.
