What mod is used in the "Knuckles but he has verticality" yt video? (Link in my comment)

I'm mainly looking for the mod that gives knuckles the uppercut drill thing? And also the downwards drill to bounce off of stuff since I assume they are the same mod.

I know the character he is using is ova knuckles but he has no such ability when I use him so I assume it's a different mod, but I looked around on the mb and I haven't seen anything, unfortunately. Anyone know where I can download it?
 
It's a modpack called SRB2 EX by Mylo T which you can only download them from the server that contains it.

The mods you're looking for this Knuckles would be (could be wrong about this) the moveset and momentum mods.

What server? A multiplayer server? Idk if i can join multiplayer servers, is there any other way to download it?

Most of those addons come from the SRB2 EX pack, the way I know to get them is by entering its multiplayer server, although honestly I haven't seen that camera addon anywhere and I'm interested.
 
Could someone send me the mods since I can't play online in the web version
