Don't get fooled. I don't live in the USA, but I thought I should see how is my ping from pretty much the center of it. Seems to turn out well apparently.

What is a ping rating and why are you making a big deal out of it?

It's a measure of how fast and stable your connection is. pingtest.net is to gaming like speedtest.net is to downloading, except that in this case, you want lower values, not higher.

I guess a lot of it depends on whether or not you have a good testing server nearby.
