What is your "definitive" zone order for Sonic 3 (and Knuckles)? (When in Rome, DO AS THE ROMAN!)

  1. Angel Island
  2. Mushroom Valley
  3. Hydrocity
  4. Flying Battery
  5. Icecap
  6. Sandopolis
  7. Marble Garden (but at dusk)
  8. Carnival Night
  9. Launch Base (or as I call it: "Launchbase" for some reason)
  10. Lava Reef
  11. Hidden Palace
  12. Sky Sanctuary
  13. Death Egg
  14. The Doomsday (Now with TWO ACTS! (gasps in awe))

I believe that the original level order was always in 2 distinct halves, and therefore everything story-wise is made around it, so the only real change I'd do is just restore the original place of FBZ.

Curious, but why would you have a "Doomsday" Zone before the game itself?

Because of S2? But, if you aren't aware, the official Japanese manual has there be months between S2 and S3, instead of being back to back.

Because of this, I think that Dream Dance from After the Sequel would make more sense.
