SA Mode is a Control mode that uses SA-Style controls eg. Light Dash, Homing Attack etc.

And SA is short for Sonic Adventure.

It's just a little diddy that STJR put in to show that they can do it.
Basically, if you go into your control options and set light dash, then you can do that and you can also do the homing thok as Sonic. Don't worry, you'll get it eventually.

Full SA mode includes Analog control (Analog on) Lightdash (Lightdash on) Homing Attack (Homing on) and SA style Tails flight (No idea).
