What is Maxsend max?

I know I heard maxsend max on kiddytails server but i use it do i need to write in the console like this?

or the 300 needs space?

Also, MAX and MIN values are slightly broken in 1.09.4. I forget under which circumstances, though. You might be better just setting an explicit value.
