Closing this thread since it's a duplicate, but before I do, please check the Gamepad Options menu if you would like to bind your camera controls to something else. The menu doesn't do a good job explaining what each axis is, so it'll require some trial and error, but you can put camera controls on one of your thumbsticks, for example.
