How did my werehog wad topic get locked by a user? Why is it bad? Everyone who is in my family likes it and thinks it looks like him.

Do not use Works in Progress as a way of avoiding the releases system! Works in Progress can be used for sharing early betas and for getting suggestions for improvement. Fact of the matter is that while we understand what the character is supposed to be, it simply doesn't look good; the quality is abysmally poor in every aspect. No effort put into any of the details, bad color choices and lack of shading... just really isn't something any of us here want to play as. The SRB2MB wants production value, and your sprites are anything but that.
Please take the time to practice your art skills before creating a character wad - look at some online tutorials or practice by yourself in your spare time even. Or if you can't make something that looks good, then maybe you shouldn't be making characters for people to play as, and rather you'd be better off making levels or something similar.
