That's Iizuka. He's still around, unfortunately. In fact, he might take Naka's job, for all I know, which could either...

A) Put him out of the way, thus saving the franchise, or
B) Give him absolute control, thus dooming the franchise entirely.

We needn't lose Naka, it's Iizuka that's been responsible for the major games since 1998, namely the Adventure series, Heroes and Shadow. Naka just needed to actually work, or have someone replace Iizuka's role of Director.
