You know what I forgot, that and that they could program the game with multiple endings. you know, like the good the bad and the canonical endings.

You guys missed something vital. Edgeworth's stories will take place during Trials and Tribulations. That means that Wright still has his badge with him.

He lost his badge in Apollo Justice, not TT.
