Weird console key thing.

I've had this weird.... thing, for a long time, but I've had it.

When I tell SRB2 to open the console when I hit the ~ key, the console strangely comes down, but at the middle of it, the console jumps up and down until I hit the ~ key a 2nd time.

Also, when that happens I can't use these keys in talking:

+
"
'
~

and I can't use all of those in the console EXCEPT the ~ key. Obviously you can't use that if it opens the console.

Help would be appreciated.

Hey, the same thing happens to me. Although, I have no idea what causes it. I'd like some help as well.

The game doesn't really like non-US keyboards. An artefact of the engine used, although I think there's a feature of some kind attempting to counter this...

I am using a US keyboard, and it is a QWERTY keyboard.
