weird 2.1 installer

I decided to play SRB2 2.1. So i got to the SRB2 archive and downloaded the 2.1 installer, i clicked the installer and after the SRB2 2.1 downloaded it just didnt show up in the downloads. Any help?

Maybe it's because you dont have the 7-zip?

You may want to use external tools like WinRAR or 7-Zip, which was used before 1.09.4.
