Weapon Rings

I was wondering, is it possible to add weapon rings instead of replacing them? I was thinking about putting some into my mod.

If you can edit the source code, yes.

Otherwise, no.

Hmm... okay, would it be possible to make rings in match mode to fire things like Eggman's missile or the turret laser?

Yeah, screw around with the SOC editor and see what you can do.
