Weak Homing Thok and Momentum Jump Thok - another easy abilities for sonic (WHT and MJT)

Basicly a Homing Thok but weaker its thing is it doesn`t always hit the enemy but... you can use it multiple times. With this Homing you have an ability that you can use if no enemies nearby: Momentum Jump Thok the only thing it does is adds speed and sends you upwards a little.

Also you can make combos with this ability like this:

BuggieTheBug updated Weak Homing Thok and Momentum Jump Thok with a new update entry:

v2 - Slightly updated

Nothing much other than some changes. Now all you need to do is add the Lua and set the character's ability to 20

If SRB2 allowed me to i would make it CA_WEAKHOMINGTHOK but SRB2 is weird so yeah, set it to 20.
