wad file help

ok when i try to get wad files onto the game it keeps saying


SRB2.SRB\SRB2.WAD not found! expected in c:\documents and settings\Owner.YOUR -D3D3F0FEB8, ss files:c:\documents and settings\Owner.YOUR -D3D3F0FEB8\srb2.wad

i put all of the things i got from the game and still it won't work

Well, what I meant was don't use an editor to edit the files. And don't double post.

You can always download the launcher and add the wads from there.

Are you trying to drag the wad files onto your SRB2 exe?

If so, when the game is on, press the ~ button type "Addfile <wadfilename>.wad

Example: Addfile metalsonic.wad

i know but with mechaknux everytime i try to play as him it says file is corrupt
