Wad character of knuckles with hat

Has anyone seen or made a knuckles wad character like the one in the Sonic The Hedgehog movie where knuckles is seen wearing a hat on his head

Yea, I'm sure it's chrispy

I recall a user called "Ground the Fox" had an avatar of knuckles with a hat,
( I assume it was made by Chrispy, or infact it might of been he who had it as an avatar)
Either way I guess there has not been a wad of Sonic OVA Knux...
