Recently, I found out someone modified Doom to be playable on a volumetric display (which is basically a sci-fi hologram)
Interestingly, the gameplay on the display is in third person, allowing you to see the level from different angles, including through certain walls and ceilings. Something like this could be interesting to see with SRB2, and 3D platformers as a whole.
What are some of your thoughts and opinions on this?
