Once I made a WAD with several vehicles (cars and trucks), but like all my WADs, it was never finished :P So don't feel original doing them. Through they're uncommon, so do it. If everybody had to throw away an idea because somebody else thought on it, then there would be no new WADs because almost everything has been done or thought before (this is true with fangames, hacks, etc.).
